For Retailers

Centennial College Press provides bulk orders at discount to retailers.

Orders of our non-fiction titles, of 3 copies or more, will be discounted 20% from the recommended retail cost (see pricing table below).

Retailers may order Sprog: A Novel of Bomber Command at a unit cost of $15.00 (40% discount from the recommended retail cost of $25.00).

To make an order, please submit a purchase order to Jeremy Lucyk (jlucyk@centennialcollege.ca), including:

Purchase order number
Number of units requested

Please note that our shipper of record is Purolator. If you have a Purolator account, and would like your shipping charges applied directly to it, please indicate the information in the purchase order or a covering email.

Invoices will be processed at time of shipping, and will be sent to the customer, by email, as soon as possible (usually 3-7 days).

Return Policy

Centennial College Press will provide full refunds on undamaged items returned within 6 months of purchase. Note that we do not reimburse shipping costs on returned orders.

To arrange a return, please:

Submit a return request to jlucyk@centennialcollege.ca
Upon approval, ship returned items to Centennial College Press (at customer expense). Please include with shipment a return memo including:
- Original purchase order number
- Centennial invoice number attached to the original purchase
- Whether the return value should be retained as an available credit, or refunded by cheque or chargeback
Returned items will be verified as suitable for resale by Centennial College Press prior to a credit/refund being issued

Chargebacks will not be processed prior to receipt of and verification that returned items are undamaged.

Any items returned in damaged and unsellable condition will either be re-shipped to the customer, or retained by Centennial College Press, per customer preference.
