  • Writer’s Studio reading series. January 3 at 8pm. A creative writing program, The Writer’s Studio, hosts a popular monthly reading series featuring local and out-of-town writers and authors. These mixed-genre readings are open to the public. Cottage Bistro.
  • Poetic Justice reading series. January 6 at 3pm. Poetic Justice Reading Series takes place every Sunday except holiday weekends and the month of December). Come early & sign up for Open Mic. Featured poets start at 4 pm. Heritage Grill.
  • Vancouver Poetry Slam. January 7 at 8pm. A poetry slam competition with frequent guest performers, the Vancouver Poetry Slam has been wowing audiences since 1996. Cafe Deux Soleils. Tickets $6-10.
  • Twisted Poets Literary Salon. January 9 at 7pm. Pandora’s Collective Presents Twisted Poets Literary Salon. Share in an evening of literary surprises while wrapped in a warm and encouraging environment. Connect, read and enjoy.
